People just like you can become like myself ;D But really, you can easily become staff members, or ever mods. Its simple, be extra, extra good in the fourms, and you might get a e-mail from me asking if you want to become a staff member. There are 4 groups. I will list them:
Basic Mod- This is the begining, you can delete posts, or modify them, but your powers are limited. If I see you improve, you will become a mod, and again, I will ask you first.
Mod- This is the next step. You still can't ban people, but you do have more powers then just being a staff member. Now, you can lock threads, and even reply to locked threads. Then if I really think you're ready, the final step will be a global mod.
Lead mod- You have to really earn my trust to become this. This is the BIG thing. Now you can ban people. But DON'T ban people just for the fun of it. They have to something really wrong. If you think they have broken a rule, just tell me, and I will take cake of it. DO NOT ban people without my permission! Otherwise your staff privileges WILL be revoked!
Admin- Only myself can become this. I am the leader of this site, and I won't let it fall into the wrong hands. I worked countless hours prefecting this site, and I am not willing to lose it to an immature person.
Remember, you only have 1 chance at this. DON'T blow it. You will never have another chance at it. Thank You.
